It's a big change for me but I need it - and the new challenge. I am stoked to sign with BMC and be a part of the BMC Factory Trailcrew. I know that with the success of the brand not only in the enduro scene but in other disciplines too, that this is a great fit for me and will help me to reach my goals in 2016. - Lewis Buchanan |
The equipment is great and with experience from the whole team, I feel I will learn the important stuff quickly. Enduro is an unknown area for me, so it's hard to set realistic goals for the season, but I know where I want to be. Being with a new trainer and having my training totally switched up has been really awesome and I'm confident with that program, my skills, and the team around me, I can crack out some good results and hopefully surprise some people. - Lewis Buchanan |
Lewis is a talented rider. He is part of a generation that I admire and love to watch. Everything looks so easy and simple for them. We will be helping each other - I'll share my racing experience with him and I will count on him to boost my own technical skills! - Francois Bailly-Maitre, leader of the BMC Factory Trailcrew |
Having a new rider from Scotland, with limited experience in enduro racing, will bring some cross-discipline experience, and add a new lease of life to the group - hopefully producing some good results too! We are very committed to our trail segment at BMC, and having top class, international riders to collaborate with is key in the strategic development of this segment. - BMC CEO, David Zurcher |
