Story about a trick.

I remember that when I saw a video of a french girl doing a backflip on a MTB, I told myslef "one day I will". I want to be a "fliper-girl"

It took me long time to find an airbag or foam pit to train. The fisrt time I tried it on an airbag, it took me 4 trials to land the entire rotation. But I wasn't really confident about it.

The second time ( 6 months later), it was a really big kick and I did it many times, but never could understand how it really works. The jump on that airbag was really big and I wasn't really ready to do it on ground (I mean for real !).



Then I went to a foam pit with a lower jump, and I was really confident because I didn't miss any of the backflips I tried.
A week later my boyfriend landed it just like that in the skate park. He told me "now it's your turn !'

Two days later, I came to the skate park, to have a fun session. And I told myself "now I want to do it".

It took me 3 trials, The first one I dropped the bike.
The second one was pretty good, I did the hole rotation, but missed the pedals.
The third one was landed.



I landed it ! Damn it, It's my dream since day one I have started to ride.

It was a really cool moment, the guys were very supportive, clapping in their hands, cheering. (you can hear them in the video)
The first trial gave me a maximum level of adrenaline, I was like "whoa I want to do it again !" even if I was in pain !

And then after me (5min after) two other guys did it. It was epic, everybody was yelling... great vibes !!

And these are from today. I got myself a really scary moment.


But I stoop up and did it very nicely according to the people who where watching



It's funny how you don't understand what's happening while you're doing it.


Anyway I am really happy about this trick, it's like a dream coming true. I know it's just a trick but still !
