Reverb 125mm 30.9 - repairs

$40 GBP
For sale is a 125mm drop reverb, 30.9mm diameter. There is a scratch on the stanchion, but that's been there ages and doesn't seem to have affected the seals too much. I crashed and bent the button on the remote - replaced with the wrong rebuild kit, so now can't be arsed with it as I have a new one. Needs either the right remote button kit or a new remote. Could also use a service. £40, postage included.

@Moto4fun: Maybe, but aim high, hey? I'm sure you're right, but maybe a little more sensitivity would invite more ladies in? :) It's hard to interpret tone on the internet, and there are a lot of guys on here that come off more than a little creepy! (check out the "girls in action" photo section, it can get weird in there...)

@Moto4fun: The difference being that it would be nice if the sport were weighted equally in favour of each gender. It's not, and comments like that do nothing to change that. Rather, they are destructive. Imagine this: woman rocks up to the trail, or posts some photos/a blog on PB - a rarer occurrence than we would all like I'm sure - and the first thing that happens is she gets a ton of guys hitting on her. Regardless of whether the guys are genuinely interested or not, do you think this interaction positively influences the woman toward the sport? Probably not... Just because you CAN say something, and I'm in no way taking that away from you, doesn't always mean that you should.

@joalst: Not meaning to be abrasive here, however it is interesting the way whenever there is an article about a woman, there are always comments about the way she looks that are completely irrelevant to the topic/discussion, it's easy to see why this might dissuade women from participating - who needs that? There are no such comments on articles about dudes. It certainly says more about those commenters than it does about me.

This is really cool, I've actually been thinking about doing this for the last couple of weeks. Not as a pro racer though, I'd hope to make some income from freelance CAD work.
