@Groscreux, I may have to agree that 3d printed carbon/plastic parts aren't that great, however I strongly believe that they'll find a way to make 3D printed parts/bikes better in the near future.

There are 3D printers that print with carbon fiber now. Give it another 5 years, and molds will disappear

Or you could put spacers in between your crank and sprocket.... You will have to readjust your gears though. OR simply bend in the part that should prevent your chain from falling off. (Forgot what it's called)
