This is a 16" wheel bike.

Based around a tough and durable aluminum frame with CrMo forks, this old-school styled bike is young at heart. A set of V-brakes with kid-specific Tektro levers keep your child in full control at all times, while the single-speed set up keeps speed and pedaling as simple as possible. Rolling on sturdy and strong alloy 6061 wheels with suave-looking Vee tires, rolling is smooth and reliable whether cutting about in the woods with friends or pounding the pavement on the school run.
