Dan Atherton hurt in dirt jump crash
I am sure he would consider wearing one if you could show him the safety test data for any neck brace. Good luck finding it.

Lets say I wear one, have an accident where I am immobilized and the paramedics are trying to work on me. How do they get this thing off to stabilize my neck? Great idea, poor execution.
