Throwback Thursday: 22 Bikes from the First Ever EWS Race
I still have my '12 specialized hardtail and '14 RIP9 rdo and they're still great for everything that I do. The new stuff definitely makes riding park, steep, and rough stuff easier, but neither keep me from getting out and riding

@RollinFoSho: DH already opened up the rules to allow for a mixed wheel set so it could be a fun thing to watch. I know a couple people in Southern California that have built up a mixed wheel set and really liked it. 1 was an old and trusty mid 2000s 27.5/26 Turner 5-spot and the other guy is a mechanic. He built a couple Giant and SC bikes with 29/27.5.
A push by the industry for a mixed wheel set will make Foes quite happy since they've had their Mixer trail and Enduro bikes around for a few years now. I'm curious to try 1 out.

Pinkbike Poll: Do You Listen to Music While Riding?
Yes, every ride, but I only use 1 headphone. The only times I ride with 2 are on training rides on fire roads where I don't have to worry about other people needing to ask to pass. I don't understand those with 2 headphones in. It's not safe.

Commencal Announces the New Supreme DH 29
Interesting that they're going with a DH 29 before a Meta TR or AM 29. Hopefully this is a sign of things to come.
