It can also fit a 29er and be 200mm travel, just needs a few small changes inside

That's certainly good feedback and probably not an issue where we live due to lack of mud in general. I would definitely go 27.5 for the next bike. Bobbo will take good care of you, I would take him up on demoing some stuff before you buy

The cool thing about the fork, the 27.5 chassis is the same as our 26, I brought this fork directly over from my Covert 26 to this bike. Yes, the Bronson is a 27.5 bike. It is hard for me to directly talk about the wheelsize as this bikes rear suspension is entirely different in comparison to the Coverts and Bandits I was on for years. That said, I notice the slightly larger tire patch provides better grip for climbing and cornering. I do not feel the bike is clumsy or slower accelerating. It feels super snappy and responsive. It is not a huge wheelsize change like going to a 29er is. It rolls over stuff a little better. If you are doing an all new bike, go 27.5. The 26 will not hold its resale value like a 27.5 will because of the market shift to the new wheelsize. I had considered the Evil but was nervous about the tire clearance that some guys have had issue with. The Yeti is being discontinued in 26 from what I hear so that would make me hesitant to go that route. Let me know if I didn't answer your question or if that prompts any others...

I have been on this fork all year, I know that doesn't sound like a lot of time, but 450+ miles just this year on it. I had another 1,000 on it last year. I am super impressed with it! Great small bump control while staying high in the travel except when you want to be using more of it.

Based on their FB posts, doesn't sound very promising for 2014... 2015 potentially?
