Up for sale is a pair of size 9 Mavic Alpine Mountain Bike shoes, originally purchased in September 2012 for $69.93 at REI (see receipt, although I've since moved from FL to OH). I didn't wear these long, maybe a few hundred miles, then decided to switch back to flat pedals. These would be great for someone looking to try out clipless riding without much overhead. The shoes are in fine shape, a little beat up (naturally), but function properly. The bracket threads are all intact, nothing is stripped. For an extra $10, I will include a set of Shimano PD-M520L pedals with cleats, also a little beat up but in working order. The cleat hardware looks a little haggard, but again, functions properly. Looking for any SRAM 9-speed shifter (1:1 actuation ratio) to pair with a Shimano 10-speed RD as a stopgap before I acquire a full 10-speed setup. It needs to be in decent working condition—I don't plan on running it for long, but also don't want to experience any problems in the meantime. Brand new X5 shifters can be had for $23 shipped, so I'm not looking to spend more than $15 shipped for a used one, possibly less based on condition.
