Moving stem spacers is note worthy? And seriously if bar height is that big of a problem swap some flat bars on for a ride or 2. And add onto the bottom of the report, doesn't take long to figure out how bar height feels.

UCI Clarifies Rule on Unsanctioned Races
Also, the uci should spend there time offering the best product they can, throw good races and actually help people set up races instead of trying to simple force people to do what they want. Be helpful with cheap insurance, timing, race support plans. Its better for everyone the just being douchers.

UCI Clarifies Rule on Unsanctioned Races
Uci just wants to suck money out of well run popular events.
Sadly this leaves racing weaker as a whole. If I knew a pro I liked was racing an event I could get to would be very tempted to try it. But as is racing is expensive enough. Adding a uci event fee will make it more expensive and keep me from seeing the return for my dollar. I am a strong, skilled long time rider and will avoid giving 1 cent to the uci. Whatever.. I will just spend my money on road trips with unlimited riding time.
I would like to see the top 20 riders all do 1 or 2 non uci races and publish the hell out of them. The riders as a group should show force.
