Up for sale is my Cane Creek Helm MK2 Coil fork. I bought and installed this in September 2022, used two months, then took winter break, then used for the 2023 summer. Had the lowers serviced twice (early and late 2023 season) and a complete damper service in late 2023 (and my mechanic told me it was pretty clean because, see below, washed) before hanging it up for the winter. I’ve put 15 - 20 hours on it since that last service, when we had decent fall and spring days, and damper service is supposed to be at about 200 hrs, so you do the math. The fork is in perfect condition, works smoothly and predictably, no damage, scratches, or dings to either stanchions or lower castings. Currently set to 150mm, and is internally adjustable from 130-160mm. High and low-speed compression damping that makes a noticeable difference. Rebound damping. 17.5cm steerer tube, tapped for the One-up EDC tool. I can include a star-fangled nut if you need it. 44mm offset, bolt-on axle. Includes the stock medium 55in/lb spring (installed) as well the 65 in/lb firm spring. I’ll also include a chamfer-less 30mm socket that you need to do the spring swap. Also includes the official Helm bolt-on fender, with an unofficial but very effective fender-extender that actually keeps water and mud out of your eyes. This is a great fork, but I’m a washed-up, fair-weather, middle-aged dad-bod elder millennial, so this has over-served me since I’ve owned it. Buy it, try it, loam it, love it.

Hello, I have an old Cannondale touring bike used as a commuter for a couple of years. It really is too small for me though. So you should buy it and commute in style: Frame: Cannondale T700 commuter from 2000+/-3 or so. Size 54-ish. Brakes - Tektro V-brakes Drivetrain: Single front chainring on Race Face cranks - no guide or narrow-wide, so you have to pedal and shift gently.. 9-speed wide-ish range road cassette (11 - 34 or 36) with old-school Shimano Zee shifter and derailleur. Handlebar: Spank Bearclaw riser bar with old chromag grips. Saddle: Nothing worth mentioning Fenders: Vital around here Asking $250, but I’m open to offers, especially if you are local. I don’t want to pack this up and ship it, but if you just love the green, we can work something out.
