The likes of Eddie, Jack and Casey are the backbone of the WC circuit. Met them in Ft William and they were absolute stars. Don't get me wrong, Gee, Gwin, Minnar etc are all quite happy to talk to you but Eddie gave my son a signed shirt from his Cairns WC run and invited us into his pits after the race. Don't think he was used to having full on supporters. We were both dressed in Hawaiian shirts with our chops on! Top bloke.

Maaxis doesn't even need to advertise, their tires sell themselves, but i hope they keep doing these vids cuz Eddie Masters is just pure comedy gold.

Agree. Running High roller + Ardent on AM bike. XC 29 has 2.4 Ardent front and 2.1 Crossmark rear. Looks like the thalidomide bike, rides unreal. SS 29 run 2.4 Ardent front and back....a tractor. Good price and tough as.

We're trying to feature a different team in each episode. Santa Cruz was shown in the first episode in Pietermaritzburg. The camera crew is only so big!

 Pretty bad advert for Bergamont!

Not really it's only for a turbo trainer , going by the team bus having a nukeproof for a spin bike is a luxury:P
  • 2 0
Yer but why would they have a nukeproof if they can have a Bergamont turbo trainer bike, doesnt make sense!

schwalbe are literally the worst tires ive ever ridden. ive tried DH and what schwalbe reps consider freeride tires and they are the weakest shit ive ever seen. pinch flat and burp like drunks. off the charts shitty. maxxis continental kenda all make runs for the tire best companies
  • 2 0
You just put Kenda up there for having some of the best tires, obviously you don't know what you're talking about. Schwalbe makes awesome tires, but Maxxis are right up there with them.

totaly agreed with mtbrider71. Don't get me wrong, I don't say maxxis are shit. I still have a DHF but I think Schwalbe tires are one step up.
