Transition Dirtbag Medium

$1500 USD
I got this bike in '09 after it spent its life in Garage after being built up. Since then it has been taken down mostly technical downhill riding and very little big burly stuff, even though it is fully prepared for burliness. It has spent most of its riding life on Downieville between Butcher's, Pauley and even a Big Boulder ride. Seen various Tahoe area rides and done excellent on them. I'm 6' and 185 lbs and I've been incredibly comfortable on this bike, and ridden it uphill (takes getting your legs into shape) and downhill (plush). I am a bike mechanic and a previous mountain bike guide, so this bike has been taken care of and kept in great shape. It is a bike that can be put away wet and keep kicking, with continuous care it will continue to take care of you. Without further ado...the bike: Frame: 04 Transition Dirtbag Size Medium wtih Adjustable Shock Mounts, shock mounts painted to match color scheme Fork: Marzocchi 888, Was sanded and repainted to match color scheme Stem: Integrated Marz 888 Stem Wheels: Mavic DeeMax Tires: High Roller UST Tubeless Bars: Deity Twenty14 Bars uncut Grips: ODI Rogue Lock On Locks: ODI Red w/ Transition locking caps Brakes: Hope M4 8" Rotor Shifter: SRAM x.9 Derailleur: SRAM x.0 Gears: SRAM x.0 11-36 Seat: Transition Seatpost: Thompson Elite Cranks: RaceFace Sprocket: e13 Chainguide: e13 SRS Pedals: Transition

banger line. if you count moto whipping as a trick then yes he tossed a trick or two out there. his 2nd place was all line and flow.

Red Bull Rampage - Cam Zink wins it!
Mike Hopkins came up short on the canyon gap. He dropped his bike and landed on his feet-straight to shoulder.

Red Bull Rampage - Day 4 - The Finals.
Gully did super well, stayed consistent with his line/trick choice. He did pretty well considering the field...

Red Bull Rampage - Cam Zink wins it!
The flow and speed of gee's run earned him exactly the spot he got. Zink broke the boundaries of the sport. Berrecloth did well but had a lot of dabbing and broke his flow. Judging was pretty fair.

Red Bull Rampage - Onboard with Alex Pro - GoPro
Would have been sweet to see a solid gopro vid of alex riding his line top to bottom, but good shots nonetheless. Look forward to seeing alex in the finals. Woo woo
