Specialized Rockhopper, Upgraded

$500 GBP
I am selling my 2007 Specialized RockHopper. I have had this bike since new and it's been well looked after, I've done so many upgrades on this bike and hardly anything is stock. This Bike looks so good with the Bright blue Frame and the upgrades! Reason I'm selling this bike is I no longer live in the UK and its to small for me to ride. The bike has been stored inside for the last few years. I've just given the bike a full overhaul to get it ready to sell. Including a full service and a fresh bleed on the break, as well as some new parts, Bottom bracket, Rear Mech. I have also put on a BRAND NEW bottom bracket, rear mech and chain, the bike hasn't even been rode with these new parts. I want to sell the bike in full working order so whoever is lucky enough to buy it can take it out for a ride on the same day and have the time of their life! Everything else on this bike works really well, the RockShock Recon Forks with U-turn allow you to adjust the travel from 85mm-130mm depending on the type of riding you will be doing and they still feel as smooth and responsive as the day I bought them for the bike. This bike is a do it all, whether you want to ride the local pump track/dirt jumps, head out for a full XC loop or fly down some trails this bike will take you there. The timeless Specialized frame and the upgraded components make this bike a pleasure to ride. This was my first ever 'proper bike' as much as I hate to sell it, I can't wait to see it go to a good home. Spec: Frame: Specialized Rockhopper, size 15 Fork: RockShock Recon 351 forks with U-Turn, Adjust the travel from 85mm-130mm with the turn of a dial. Wheels: Rear - Mavic EN521 with XT Hub. Santa Cruz VP Free 05/06

$750 GBP
Santa Cruz VP Free 2005/2006 Medium. Selling my beloved DH bike. I grew up riding this bike I brought it back in 2008, it was my dream bike and most valuable possession for my childhood and early adult life. It hasn't had much use recently, it's been in my sisters loft for the last 2 years as I now live in Indonesia, I've been back home in the UK for the last month and I've got the bike up and riding again. I gave it a full check over, checked the bearings on the rear VPP suspension unit, re greased everything, bled the breaks, replaced 2 new Maxxis inner tubes, brand new Sram Chain. And she rides as good as the day I first got her! I can't believe how capable this bike still feels and how well everything works. I recently did an uplift day at Dyfi Bike Park and the bike rode like a dream. It was important to me that at the point of sale whoever is lucky enough to buy this bike could take it to a bike park the next day and have the time of their life without having to worry about doing any sort of work to it before hand. Both front and rear suspension are still running as good as the day I got it. The freshly bled brakes are still as sharp and responsive as the day they were put on the bike. The bike is currently rocking some classic Maxxis Swamp Things, perfect for these wet British UK conditions. I've also got a spare Swamp thing Tyre as well as some High Rollers that I will throw into the sale. As you can see this bike still looks super smart, the black and white frame combo with the red components that really pop and stand out. Main Spec, (can send more under request) M Frame. 888 Bomber Forks Fox Dhx 5 rear shock. Hope m4 breaks X9 Rear mech and shifters Race Face Cranks Mavic EX 729 rims, Hope Hubs. Many great memories riding this and looking for somebody to give it as much love as I have, it's going to hurt me seeing this go but I'm excited for it to continue its life with someone that's able to really show it off and ride it regularly I'm only selling this as I'm flying back to Indonesia and don't want to put it back into storage. If I was staying I'd have no issues continuing to ride it! Cheers, Sam
