Did you know, that the average training effort for the race 2015 was around 9-12h a week (50% of the participants). 30% of the EpicRiders invested even less: they trained 5-9h per week. How are your training plans for the race in 2016?

2016: less tough, shorter and feasible: the format Epic has been shortened from 400 down to 360km length and the m.o.g. from 15000 to 12000 (without comprising on trail quality). Further, the Epic 2-day-packages represents the perfect trial option: full trail experience in a small size format. An achievable adventure!
