If the mind can conceive it, you will achieve it. Because normal sucks.

Bike Check: Cody Kelley's Specialized Enduro SX - Sea Otter 2014
AH. It's totally enduro how they put the word "enduro" in there. You can never have enough enduro. Enduro.

Results: Pietermaritzburg World Cup Round 1 Finals - Elite Men
Really waki? Pro riders are the people who test new technologies before they go into market. If they work well, it is not uncommon for older technologies to go out of production and die out over time. If 650b works for them and makes them faster, it is pretty safe to assume, given the current situation with a few companies backing out of producing 26" frames/forks/wheels, that we will (as protour said) feel more forced to 650b. No one would really care too much about 650b if they had maintained a choice. But looking at recent seaotter coverage, I support the butthurt against it. On the bright side though, 26" frames have become much cheaper recently thanks to this. ^.^

First Look: 2015 Shimano XTR – Eleven Speed Cassette - Choose Your Drivetrain
@Diego, you live in texas. We probably have different definitions of "harsh" to a state that closes schools when the roads are icy. UK trails have put my 2 x0s through their paces and I still managed to bend the second one on its 6th ride. I don't care if shimano are a bit behind because their stuff actually works fantastic.

How is making parts that don't break as much as sram "playing catch up"?

Magura's Four Piston Brake - Sea Otter 2014
Why are so many people just assuming shit about the brake and pad replacements having only read the above. I don't think they would be selling each pad individually of even in sets of 2 for that matter. The braking force is dispensed pretty evenly across the pads so it would only be logical for the pads to come in sets of 4. DURP. I sense they might be a wee bit more pricey for the sets though. Until superstar start doing them.

That's not a 666r. Looking at the BB it looks like a 666x
