Qualification Results: 4X ProTour Round 4 - Val Di Sole
The track at Val Di Sole has been improved with a new 3rd corner which is much more wider and longer now so could lead to exciting racing on Saturday night. The start gantry is now concreted in and the 4X track is now open all summer long to ride on along with the DH and XC tracks,this makes it the Vale Di Sole (Valley of the Sun) a great place to come and ride in sunshine on dusty dry tracks.
Derbier takes fast time in qualification under the flood lights at Val Di Sole.
In the Women FRUHWIRTH was the fastest girl on the night but the surprise may be the girl racing on her full on downhill bike could make an advantage over th rock garden at the end of the track.

Looking forward to this one!
I'd be interested to see how the rider on the DH bike gets on. I recall somebody doing rather well in Poland in 2013 on a DH bike.
