Nov 30, 2014Santa Cruz Blur LTc
$2500 USDI am selling my 2012 Santa Cruz Blur LTc that is in great condition!! This bike has been ridden all over Northern California and has treated me well but I need the money and have to sell. I have put a lot of money into after market parts to better fit my riding style. This bike has been taken very good care of (I am an ex-bike shop employee), and is priced very fairly for this build.
Build:
Frame: 2012 Blur LTc w/ fox float CTD w/ boot valve, new bearings for frame and seals for shock in last 6 months
Fork: 2012 Fox Talas 160 fit RC2, new dust seals only 60 miles
Headset: Chris King
Brakes: XTR trail (180/160) ice tech rotors
Crank: XT (38-26)
Bottom bracket: Chris King external threaded
F. Der: XT
R. Der: XT shadow plus
Shifters: XT
Cassette and chain: XT 11-36 (only 60 miles)
Rims: WTB Frequency i23 laced with DT Swiss revolution spokes
Hubs: DT swiss 350
Front tire: WTB Vigilante 2.3 team issue (set up as tubeless), ~250 miles
Rear tire: WTB Wolverine 2.2, only 60 miles
Grips: ODI Ruffian, ~60 miles
Handlebars: Easton Havoc carbon, 31.8 diameter, 750mm length
Stem: Truvativ AKA
Seatpost: Gravity dropper turbo, 3 inch, w/ trail position
Saddle: WTB Volt
Pedals: Shimano M540 SPD
This bike has been taken very good care of but it is a mountain bike and there are often immovable objects on these mountains, so there are the normal wear and tare blemishes on this bike but nothing structural. There is a blemish on the top tube (see pic, about 1 cm long) that was caused by rubbing on a brake lever while shuttling, damn Yakima rack!!
I have a brand new WTB Vigilante 2.3 tire that I will throw in with the bike if you buy it or if you want narrower handlebars, I have some Easton Haven aluminum 710mm.

"going over the season ahead and discussing some new things on the horizon."
My gut tells me that this may be a hint of the 66 replacement...

What is the configuration of the remote? Can you order a certain type (right side above/below, etc) or does it only work in one set up?

Not 100% sure if this is how Graves runs it, but when I worked at a shop, ghetto tubeless was when you take a smaller diameter tube (24' or even a 20" tube, if you are running 26") and cut the tube in half so it is a "ghetto" rim strip with a stem. You have to cut the tube enough so that it fits inside your rim (although I have seen it work with tube pieces sticking out between the tire and rim). Then put on your tire and sealant and INFLATE, check the seal for leaks and game on!!
Again, this is my interpretation of ghetto tubeless, there may be another version I don't know of. Hope this helps.
