Racing the Whistler EWS from a Rider's Perspective - Video
had the exact same thing happen to me. Not only that, somehow managed to impale myself on the axle that remained in the crank arm. That was the straw that broke the camel's back. Since then, replaced CB pedals on most of my bikes. Couldn't have made a better choice. Not only that, now there's no more need to take backup pedals with me on bike trips.

Banned in the USA: Part 3
I'll bite. It depends - if the horse is on a brumby or wild mustang diet - ie. grazing on grasses and forbes or browsing on trees and shrubs and you are on a typical western diet, then your excrement, however much smaller is much worse for the trail it has been laid on.

Ridden And Rated - Six Dropper Posts
The GD lever works the opposite to most other levers on the market in that the cable is inserted from the seatpost end. There is one lever made by Giant bikes that works the same way, has a small profile much like the Thomson one, costs peanuts and is readily available.

I'll never get back the time I've wasted adjusting the Reverb every few rides or having to make it back home on a slowly sagging post. The nail in the coffin for me was during an overseas trip and seeing a dude at the top of a mountain just in front of me having a small off which resulted in his hydraulic fluid seeping from a snagged hose.. don't think he would have had a good time on the way back. After that swapped to GDs on a number of bikes and never looked back. For an even sweeter setup, spend an extra $15 or so on a remote made for Giant adjustable posts - they're one of the few remotes compatible with a GD and have a nice and small profile.Giant make at least two types of cable remotes - it needs to be the one with the ability the bolt the cable at the lever end.

James Wilson's has great bike specific workouts. For a broader functional strength training program, can't go past Pavel Tsatsouline's Simple & Sinister. Awesome stuff: www.strongfirst.com

From Breezer to Bryceland - Interbike 2014
Those RF stash bibs seem to be a hybrid between the Specialized Swat bib and a Camelbak Raceback vest. The raceback vest was not a successful product for a number of reasons. It'll be interesting to see how that hunchback look due to the water reservoir under the jersey will fare with the enduro crowd.
