I came here accidentally (I'm unsubscribed from e-bike articles but wasn't logged on to pinkbike initially). And I've just realised that the subscription feature isn't to keep e-bike/xc/dh whatever from the reader, it's to keep the reader from the content so they don't get all negative in the comments section! Reading the comments here i couldn't at first figure out how all the negative ebike comments were being downvoted. But then I realised most of the anti-e-bike people aren't here to begin with! Genius! To be clear I'm not anti- ebike, I just chose to ignore it as its not my bag. But I think its smart of Pinkbike to have figured out a way for their advertisers to promote ebikes without all the usual hatred for them, and at the same time make it appeal to the anti-ebike brigade. However came up with that scheme at pinkbike deserves a raise :)
