Transition Scout

$1300 USD
This is a 2015 Transition Scout frame that was bought in new condition in December 2015. It's in great condition, apart from a few scratches and some cable rub. This is the most fun trail bike I've ever ridden, just look at the Pinkbike review for it: I'm only selling it because I bought a Patrol. Comes with a headset. It also comes with a Race Face BB that is rather worn but still works. Buyer pays shipping.

There's a Kona rider at 0:53 and 2:15 in the video, it's hard to tell though.

Underworld Cup 2015 Dry Hill, Port Angeles
You can usually change your cat as long as registration's still open, so you could show up and do a few laps on the cat 2 track and see how you feel and then downgrade to cat 3 if you need to.

Sweet Protection Bushwhacker Carbon MIPS - Review
Or you can just accept the fact that your helmet doesn't need to be made out of carbon fiber and get a Bell Stoker MIPS that looks better and is less than one third of the price

Video: Welcome to Utah
It's probably because DVO didn't have their single crown fork back then. Being a smaller rider, it looks like he prefers a smaller frame with a single crown rather than a full downhill rig with a dual crown fork.
