yeah, i live in bridgend an it pretty much the only place i ride because its free an theres loads of small tracks in one area! there more technical then they look as well an theres some good jumps/drops!

its pretty hard to explain, you go past the fire service headquarters along the A4119 an you come to a roundabout, take the first exit an you'll be on a single lane road and just follow that and you will reach a car park on your right. there ae loads of tracks up there, some are more difficult to find than others but there all good, hope that helps :)
