As far as I know and understood from what i was told by the people who did it, They removed the original layer, which was very thin and had started to wear off, and made a new one. Nobody mentioned anything about adding teflon, just the specific process(they told me is different for this color, than what they normaly do for "normal"colors) which when used, gives only this yellow/greenish color. No additional colonizers/paints were used to achieve it, but I do not remember the exact name of the process. I just wrote re-anodized, but that may not be the correct term. If you are really interested, I can go by them and ask again in details. I would like to inform myself again too. And the play in the bushings. Honestly, this fork has always had play in the bushings, even before that. Now it has it too and if it is more than before, I can't really tell... Everything about doing this was experimental, but it turned out pretty well. Next experiment will be my Vengeance fork...will see how that goes. I saw what you did with an rs totem! It looks great. Do you add Teflon when you work on the stanchions and did you get play in the bushings with the bigger fork?

This part of the year is always nice and green in the mountains...with thunder storms chasing us from hill to hill :)
