X-Fusion is pleased to announce the signing of 19-time World Champion Anne-Caroline Chausson. Chausson has been the most dominant female mountain biker in history, with an overwhelming 55 World Cup victories. Her talents are also not limited to 26-inch wheels. In 2008, she became the first female athlete to win an Olympic Gold Medal in BMX at Beijing Olympics.

bigquotes''Between Brian Lopes and now Anne-Caro, we have two of the most experienced, most dominant riders in the history of the sport. It's no secret the X-Fusion brand is on the upswing, and we think the collaboration of both rider's experience will help keep our development momentum rolling. On the racing front, we see that Enduro racing is rapidly growing in popularity and having two athletes that could climb a top a podium on any day is definitely assuring - John Hauer, X-Fusion Marketing Manager

Sponsoring the two Ibis athletes (Lopes and Chausson) also cements X-Fusion’s close relationship with another local Santa Cruz company, Ibis Cycles. Ibis introduced a line of “Special Blend” Mojo SL bikes this year that exclusively use X-Fusion suspension.

Seems like X-Fusion has upped its marketing budget tenfold recently.

That's good. More exposure [may] = more sales = more R&D = better products. In an ideal world at least... Or it could go more sales = more marketing = more sales = more marketing..

X Fusion have got some great riders now, but I hope they don't rush into development. Their forks and shocks are really good because they took their time to make them. A dual crown fork without proper development could be catastrophic!

There development of the forks is going to be so much better. They are seriously going to be some serious competition on the mtb scene in the future with Rockshox , Marz and Fox.

How can you sponsor à rider without the right gear or she ride enduro that it ? Like Apple is now the sponsor for Elvis new iPhone 5 ...

Anne-Caroline has won more world DH championships on her own, consecutively, than all other pro women who still race DH COMBINED. She hardly needs to bother racing the format any longer. She's done it all in it. Nobody will ever dethrone her title reign record.
