Coast Gravity Park Announces Opening Date!
Still remember Cypress trails from the old bike park. Hopefully there is an improvement over that! Would be cool to see hemlock get it going on again as well!

Photo Epic: Marzocchi Pre-Season Testing
The author of the article refers to the larger shims in the shim stack providing low speed compression damping. Isn't this typicaly taken care of with a dedicated low speed compression circuit (needle valve setup)? So is this something out of the ordinary?

It's a good thing you ride so well because watching you order and drink a wine spritzer at the GLC is painful! ;)

Kona shred 24 with spare 20" wheelset!!

$550 CAD
Kids Kona Shred 24! This is my sons bike that he has grown out of. It has been well taken care of (always maintained well and kept indoors). This bike comes with a spare set of 20" disc wheels with tires to let smaller kids grow into the bike and not have to buy a 20" then a 24" bike! My son did this and it worked pretty good for him. Also includes the stock handlebar which I cut down to be narrower for smaller riders as well as the after market green riser bars currently on the bike. I replaced the stock crap spinner fork with a Rockshox Tora (motion control damping, air spring). This fork will allow you to dial in the bike for any weight of child!!! This is a $300-$400 fork. Bike also has a spank spike stem to try and get the front end as low as possible for smaller riders. The front wheel has been replaced with a Sun S-type due to bad bearings on the original wheel. The original wheel will also be included in the sale. Also included is the original Spinner fork. See all the specs at
