Justin Leov's EWS Remedy 29er - Crankworx Rotorua
well, it's not like I was born straight onto a carbon Demo either. But once I got into biking, I was drawing bikes in all my worbooks at school, and some of them had all kinds of "wireless" stuff. Pretty awesome seeing it happen!

I feel old. When did I miss the introduction of electronic drivetrain?... Does that mean, we are in the era of losing cables? (Bluetooth brakes from my childhood dreams not so impossible?) The bike looks super good, I think, one of the most pleasing big wheelers I've seen.

Pinkbike Poll: How Much Are Name-Brand Components and Interchangeability Worth?
very valid points made. Also loved the comparison with mx, I was always wondering how motorbikes dont look all like a big billboard with manufacturer names, unlike top MTBs. However I think it is not too bad yet, I feel that in MTB there is plenty of manufacturers with affordable components, that perform well enough, so one could easily buy an entry level stock bike and upgrade, or buy a good frame and fit it with "ok" components and still get an antirely reliable bike,

Mountain Washer - Review
considering this is a chinese-made plastic water tank for 140 bucks, I would say Hillar's version is way more reasonable
