Good day! It is most unfortunate that we have to post this and that these baseless allegations have gotten this far. We want to start by stating that we have an EU patent for this design. It is our bike and our design and nothing is stolen in any way. Just as we launched our Kickstarter project, this company has posted and commented on every article we appear in and even harassed Steve Peat himself. We have been harassed and insulted without any evidence. This has all been done while stating that they “have no time for legal battles”. While we would like to settle this, there is no indication that it’s everyone’s goal. Whenever a media reviews our bike, they comment about it being stolen and post a link to their website. Creating these false accusations just means that they are more noticed. It seems that the purpose is to get exposure and promote their own product. Considering the time spent spreading these rumors, it becomes clear that the goal is to maintain these lies and advertise, not to settle the issue in a civil manner. Realizing this, we really do not plan on spending time on this just so that a different company would get the attention it wants.
