Yeah, how did you do that? The only way I can think of is by chroma-keying out everthing but the color(s) you want to glow, and then applying that effect, but the chroma-keyer (at least mine with me running it ;( ) never takes out EVERYTHING else. SOOOOOO........How?

using a cartoon color effect and pop hit diffusion and yes keying the colors I want glowing on to different video tracks so I can change them on the fly as the song goes. it is hard to make work right; but getting the graffiti to glow was my mission. lol
