There's lots of XC, and some "All Mtn" stuff. Up above Trappers there's a bunch of singletrack that used to get used for the race they had.

Jerry's Mtn between Summerland and Penticton has a bunch of trails. Rebellion is cool, andthere's a few other freeride0ish lines, but youcan't shuttle it. there's also a short shuttle on Giants Head...and I mean short.
