A collection of our best footage from 2009. Entirely ridden, filmed and edited by Felix van Oost from OverDrive Media Group in collaboration with Vivian Viljoen. Shot in 1080p HD. For information about us and all our upcoming and current projects, visit www.overdrivemediagroup.com.
I m glad we get to see ordinary people riding their bikes and not just pro riders. I appreciate more this kind of VOD then those of the pro s .Just because you see your self in this kind of riding. I m sick of this world wanting to see just beautiful people , good riders, impressive stuff. I want to see more main reality ,reality which is not NWD, Earthed,etc..
Thank you! Really appreciate it - I'll definately be working on some much better stuff in the future. That's sort of the aim of OverDrive, to capture us kids riding and our different points of view on the sport compared to The Collective / NWD, etc.
this is well filmed and edited, definately a sick vid. could be better with a few more panning or dolly shots to make it more pro. fair play tho, you guys are good for how young you are, no doubt your filming and riding will improve over time. keep her going guys...
Thanks for the comment! It's always nice to hear things like that and it makes us even more determined to improve with each video. I appreciate it!
if only two 15-year old kids were behind this, I'd say thats a lot of effort and skill...definitely VOD
i wouldnt say i put a lot of effort in
Felix (spikex) did all the editing...
all i did was do what i enjoy

I really wish we could do it again...We had so much fun and I know we can make something awesome with the new equipment and experience in both riding and filming. Hope we can go again sometime...
Cool vid really liked the ghost walking back up with the rider coming back down and then the three jumps just after, really well edited!
Great vid, real jealous of them trails and terrain you have round there! What editing software did you use?
Thank you! The trails are great, unfortunately I don't live anywhere near there, which is a real shame. I use Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 and After Effects CS4 for editing.
holymotherofbikegods! $3,000! I spent £50 on some pretty nice video editing software, and i thought that was a bit silly.
It's really expensive, but that suite is pretty much the industry standard and it's 20 pieces of software in one.
Yeah i can see your point, it is the best software out there basically. but how in the name of hell didi you afford $3,000!?
Hahaha, funny that this got VOD Felix, would need to produce something 20 times better than this to get VOD now-a-days! Funny how things can change so drasticaly within a year!
I can't help but wonder why you posted that? Oh well, at least it made VOD and got me some exposure back then...
Awesome, great work guys. I know how hard it it is to make a decent film with only 2 people and it really is. You guys pulled it off well. VOD for sure.
Most of this was actually self-filmed. There are only about 3 shots where there were two of us in this video. Unfortunately my friend couldn't make it to Switzerland this year.
you guys definitely are on your way up, some pretty nice editing and riding, i'd like to see what your producing in a few years, keep it up

only 6 faves since the 2nd of october and the riding wasn't great either not saying i could do much better but not really VOD worthy in my opinion.

It was about $1,800 2 years ago. It's a great camera, but I'm looking for something more advanced with more manual controls and better image quality.
