Darren Butler gets both his heels crushed

 I mashed my left heel and broke my left arm an inch below my shoulder joint - I feel for this guy as mine was only half as bad and I can walk with a limp even though I still hurt after 3 years, What sucks is that it happened on a No Challenge walking trail as I was leaving a parking lot to go to a cool riding trail. My truth is embarassing but I'm back riding!
