I'm just giving you shit.
What works is to not hold the camera how your supposed to. Hold it low, around your waist. So that your grip on the camera is reversed. This will reduce shaking by about 70% If you have to hold the camera higher, maintain the same grip. Keep your fingers on the bottom of the camera at all times. You'll notice a huge difference in film quality.
