I think GFRA puts on the the mt.Hood Meadows Snow Jam every year and it is open to the public but I think you have to be 18 to compete. Keep an eye on The Gorge Freeride Assocation web site for more info.

From Washington take I-5 south to I-205 south go about 28 miles to exit 9 turn right at McLoughlin blvd. turn left onto River rd. turn left onto Meldrum Bar Park rd. Parking is on the right jumps are on the left. If you are going to make the trip from Bellingham I would recommend checking out Post Canyon in Hood River OR, and Black rock in Falls City OR,
