the scrub over the hill is not peaty and i think its not vanderham due to the bike hes ridin, correct me if im wrong but doesnt vanderham ride a rmx there for it only has a mono swing arm but the bike hes ridin has a triangle. so im not sure who it could be, i may be wrong. cnt wait for this movie its gonna be amazing!
He may have been riding the new rockymountain dh bike. Cant remember whats its called but i assume he rides both that and the rmx.

at least this ones not too late. roam seemed to be outdated by the time it came out in filiming techniques and riding abilities.

it was something... something that some of us waited for a long time - a new film by the collective. the cinematography and photography is always top notch when the collectie is on it... some of the riders matured and some got even older, but whatever the age... mountain biking was designed for all... great to see peaty still having it in him...

Im sorry but looks like they're tending towards the new world disorder series. While that has great riding and everything, its already very good at what it is, so I feel the collective series should stay with more trail/big mountain riding. Theres more than enough slopestyle and trick orientated footage around, and the collective and Roam were a nice change from this.
dont think so like 4 slopestyle they only got 2 riders and the rest is like downhill, big mountain (yeah!!!), shore style riders like even bareclaw rides shore and even big mountain but like as the industry and events go more and more towards slopestyle so does the riders and so does the movies to sell so they have to have some slopestyle in the movie cause its a big part of our sport these days...

I actually thought there would be more slopstylers but like only 2 of the 7 riders in this are like slopestyle/dirtjump. The rest are big moutian and downhill so i dont really get what you mean cause this is geared more towards big mountain

Of all the films I own, right from Down, Double Down etc; Thru the Kranked series, CKD, and yes even the NWD films for all their brilliance nothing has ever come close the The Collective or Roam to truely capture the feeling of Mountain Biking and ALL its different types. Street/Trial, Dirt, Race and big air Freeride. All come over well and show that at the heart of it all Good Riding, Good Trails, Good Times and Good Friends mean the most!!!!!!!!!

dtroyan123, Dude I was not dissin NWD or any other mountain bike movie. All I meant was The Collective films capture the feeling of what biking is all about. It aint always bout who goes biggest or does best backflip or backflip. ITS ABOUT THE RIDE!!
its good to finally see some older riders...just riding and not pulling retarded crazy tricks. what makes the collective series awesome is the time they spend putting it together and the devotion to the sport that they have. i think this will make a crazy addition to the collective series, and my DVD rack.
its good to see real freeriding, not just dirt junping and slopestyle. thats what i like about the collective crew.

We bumped into these guys filming Steve Smith on Mt. Prevost on Vancouver Island... I have worked on the trails on Prevost with Steve; Great guy and years to go.
