It's not a trampoline he made shoes with springs on them, this isn't the whole video it shows him jumping around his house and front flipping and back flipping the bed of a small s10 truck. This was at the end and he had done it before already. No trampoline idiot.

yep this is a sport believe it or not, i used to do it. its called parkour and originates from france (free running in english) where u basicly jump from rooftop to rooftop. finding ur own path sort of thing.
