The helmet cam that i use is the dogcam sport pro 520 zoom coupled up to a sony dcr96e as recommended by dogcam ,the footage is outstanding quality when played back on tv however i think i need to learn more about video editing and compression etc

You should look for something called "deinterlace" in your editing program it will improve the footage alot when you export the video Smile

It all depends on where you start as there are 2 carparks if you start from the Hub it takes 30-40 mins to get to the top of spooky wood depending on your fitness and type of bike and again depends on your route down anything from 10 mins to an hour or so............
