There's a ton of crap bikes out there, just work at a bike shop and you'll know, for instance; I hate huffy's, pacifics, jeep bikes or any car/bike, I hate kids bikes, I especially hate european bikes, you know those one's with the full chain guard. Anyway, if he doesn't like bmx, he's crazy cause BMX RULES!!

The Shcwinn Stingray was the birth of BMX/MTB. check out the movie/documentary Joe Kid on a Stingray. those kids back in the 60's were truly heroes. And why does everyone go ape-shit about racist comments but never about homophobic ones? seems a bit of equality missing.

I know I always feel I have to mention this but at the top of the screen it says "Watch DH, Trials and Freeriding Biking Videos - Windows Internet Explorer" nothing about BMX. but it also says nothing about DJ, XC, DS, 4X bla bla bla. Its a Bike website, it's amazing how many other sites dont have as many "fun" disaplines(sp) as this one does so lay off the "no BMX" crap. Aswell, I think most of the popular places to ride right now are still covered in snow, so there's gotta be somthing to fill the void, or it's older footage and then you'd complain about it being from last year or some crap.

not exactly what i meant...but i agree. a 41 lb squish monster is not very flick-able compared to a BMX, but you ain't ever gonna see a 20" bike screaming down a mountain. i'll take the versatility and ability to ride a mtb "anywhere" over being stuck on street, park, or dirt jumps with a BMX ANYDAY.

that's why i have a mountain bike (or two) and a bmx bike, best of both worlds

and it's why i have a downhiller, a street-dirt mtb AND a bmx
