I ride in Santa Barbara and have for a long time however I couldn't figure out what trail this was exactly. Would you mind satisfying my curiosity?

It's about a 20 minute run if you are a standard rider. Takes about twenty minutes in a truck to get up. I have no idea how long it would take to push up; that would really suck accounting it's about 3000 vertical feet.
