 first of all its been said 100 times on the technical tuesday vids they are for all levels of rider and so is pinkbike many people may not know how to do this and there is know need to be and plain douche these vid are helpful to some people

 my bike sometimes make a creaking noise when i make a small little turn going down the trail but when i take a tighter corner it does not make the creaking noise. would this be my head set?
