ok the best cerrales for me: cherrioes, lucky charms, cinnimon toast crunch, frosted flakes, lucky charms, rice crispys, honey comb, froot loops. thats a grat way to staart the day haha
I was looking at the diet... but im allergic to nuts! however, word round the campfire is: on no such part of the said honey nut cheerio box does it say it contains nuts.... go figure.
i showed mum this vodeo and at the end i was like, "mum, can you get some cheerios. they will make me ride better and faster". (in a sarcastic way) the next day i came from school and there were cheerios in the cupboared!! i was like"lol"

yeah. i got a story that involves Wheete-Bix. i was at a DH state round and i couldnt get my bike out of th rack so a guy that look like he was in his 40s said, "here, give me a go". s i was like "ok". when he was trying to pull it out he said, "so how many wheet-bix do you ave for breakfest?" after thinking about it for a secong i said. "none, because they taste like shit!" then i said "how many did you have for breakfeast? and he said "none..... i have toste." i waslike WTF ur at a race and ur running on toast. at thredbo, we made pizza's on te fist night and they were "mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm". ( everyone in the Youth hostel was jelous) . so i had five pieces for breakfeast. wemt out, did a run. went back to the room, had another 6 pices and a coffee. then went riding till lunch time. sorry, i just had to share that with you.

yo i watched this 3 days ago and its still great whata dude.....but i know nobody is gunna care but he aint power shifting that kart down that straighaway like it should. their slower when you use the whole gear ratio quick shifts and your rmps will hit like 9 grand in seconds, he can steer it damn good though

Man everytime I log onto pinkbike and I see a new Coastal Crew write up, I know it's gonna be a good day. You guys are amazing and I sit here,day in and day out,wishing I lived in Canada and could chill with you guys.SICK!!!!

The riding was sick but the go-karting was gay and the driving was just stupid! You clowns are gonna kill someone driving like that. Those backroads aren't just for spoiled guys in sports cars SON!
The roads were closed off for safety purposes, as noted in the press release....Time to start reading buddy.

Why the hell is this VOD?
70.25 percent of it doesn't have anyone riding a bike at all.

It's a day in the life. It's good to show the other things that people do which helps improve thier riding. If you can wrap your mind around being comfortable at 80mph sideways in a car, then you can translate that mental picture onto a 20 foot gap on a bike and it's much more mellow. Cross-training keeps you fresh.
