Hello Pinkbikers,
I abselutly hate my riding style, i thought id whack up a quick video so you could see what im doing wrong and gve me a few tips on how to do it right.
Thanks A Lot
Nick
you are a good rider but definatley get alot lower on your bike and try to keep arms bent out and knees bent out and yes it was already said use your limbs as extra suspension
to me it looks like you are riding real high on your bike which can make you unstable. what you can do is lower yourself so you have more balance for the steeper stuff and can go a bit faster lower your seat a bit too maybe
too rigid mate you need to flow over the jumps and through the berms it will coime in time and your to front heavy lean back slighty move around more. and on the jumps get it low sctub it or for fun whip it.
Try dropping your outside foot and raising your inside elbow in turns. That will get you lower into the bike and will also give you more traction in turns. Good riding though!
ride a bmx for a while sounds dumb but best way to learn how to let your bike do what it needs to and your body to add to the performance of the bike
you see me and my mates stood at the top of freeride bit were u go for the jump haha, yeah wen your going round burms get low, and get over the back end more when going over drops and some types of jumps

Pedal more.. Speed and stay loose like bend your knees dont have a total death grip.. Pull up a bit and if you need to drop down to land the jump tap your brake..
put the spacers on top of ur stem not below and u need ur seat at the same hight as ur stem after doin tht hope this will help
been said man but get lower and pedal and be brave less brake dude let us no when u happy post a vid of the new u !

Brake too much, too rigid, not low enough.
use you legs and arms like an extra set of suspension, this will give you more flowyness.
