 i don't know about what your saying C-DOG and mtnbyker.. I know you guys are saying some crazy stuff, cause out of 24 pages of looking at video's this is one of the better ones and actually caught my eye.. so Benjamana don't listen to them and don't keep what he said in mind.. also how can a guy say he loves it but say something bad about the editing. he must throw around the word "love" pretty loosely a lot, cause you know guys don't say the word love very much.. haha. keep doing your thing. my friend is a professional editor and I have a good eye for things. keep doing your thing, your on track

 I wasn't clear. I liked the video, however I was saying that the editing almost seemed a bit much, however in the overall view of the vid it doesn't matter at all.

 I'm not trying to bust your balls or pick on you mtnbyker, so don't think I am.. But your still not making sense. You are contradicting yourself.. And what you just said is just a longer version of what you said before but with more words.. When you edit something it starts out with a image concept and an auditory concept combined. That produces a feeling that is the impact of what the person is trying to portray. With the music choice he chose he did a great job. The video that he edited had to be bold, sharp/edgy (as in cut or skipping), and to the point. Sooo many trailers that i see now a days are trying to go with the whole "epic" look and music crap. You don't need to slow down the whole clip and try to make it look epic (its like we get the point, its a big jump..)( If i do have a favorite type of epic shot, its usually when a clip is going normal speed and then right after take off or at the apex it slows down for a few seconds then resumes to normal speed. Simple but does the job). That epic (every clip or every other clip in slow mo) kind of stuff doesn't make me want to see the movie more or less and it especially doesn't make me want to ride..

 This trailer Benjamana made gets me pumped to see the movie and/or go ride, cause its got an edgy beat and to the point. A good trailer with a more up tempo beat should have shorter clips but slow enough to get the person thinking "did i just see..", "I have to see that again" type of reaction.. be a fast clip but allow enough time for the persons brain to register what they saw or what just happened, then cut to the next thing. You don't have to show full clips cause your going to see them in the damn movie! haha This obviously strikes a nerve with me when people criticize someones work but don't really give a direct answer as to why they don't like something. If you don't know much about editing (can't give advice) or didn't like the clip then don't say anything at all..

And yes i have a lot of free time on my hands. haha Sorry Benjamana i had to say something..

 I was saying that I love the video, my favorite Life Cycles trailer so far! However I think that there was almost too much editing, but in this video it looked great. The author asked for feedback and I was trying to be helpful not negative. But really it doesnt matter, so lets call it a truce, I wasn't being critical or negative just simply agreeing with what C-Dog had said.
