Definitely, and I helped build Paramount/DWB out there!
The flow is there...you just have to tap into it, but quietly near the bottom. I've heard one of the neighbors there is filing a lawsuit against the park and potentially that line and the adjacent xc line might have to get relocated. Hope that's not the case.
