Because they are stunt trails, not pure DH trails. I don't know about you, but ruts and rocks as the run-in for a gap jump is kinda ill-advised...

the filming may not be pro, but considering the camera it's amazing. The riding may not be super varied, but it managed to make me crave riding and made me super stoked. So, this def deserves VOD, and where is Blackrock, i NEED to ride that trail. like right now.

I'm sure I speak for all the riders in that video when I say thank you for that comment. Jamie didn't set out to stage any gnarly stunts for the video, he just has an exceptionally good eye for catching his friends having fun while they ride. Too many people need to step away from their magazines and DVDs and go ride their bikes, because that's all we were doing here: riding to have fun.

The only person you should try to impress on a bike is yourself.
