Helmet cam footage of Nephi's twist, a short trail near LaVerkin, Utah. It's a unique trail that gets the heart rate going a bit. It was my brother's first try, and my second (I walked a good portion of it five years ago). Yes, I cut out a few spots where I stopped and contemplated my future, but we rode the whole thing.
