 is that a chest mount for GOPro.. i like the view i think I gonna get one.

 yes, the official "Chesty". Works pretty good. One tip: Mount the camera upside down, and you can angle it upwards a bit. Otherwise, it wants to point down towards the stem frame, and you can't see what's in front.
