me and Adam parkinson both live in / near the lakes so we decided to take bivibags and a stove and head out on our mountain bikes to do 3 big passes

why dint you go to grizedale forest?

because grizedale forest is out of the mountains and wanted to do some proper mountain biking , some good riding in grizedaile forest some good natural down hill , but the north face trail is awful lol , but yeh i live in the lake district so ride every where there

well we started at grassmere as i live in kendal so its not that far away went over greenup edge then up stake pass where we bivid then down stake pass in to langdale then out of langdale up to styhed tarn and down styhed gill to sethwate which is just down the road from keswick http://www.bigmountainblog.co.uk/2010/08/2-days-in-the-lake-district/ we put a full ish writup on the blog
