 Only thing I'd suggest is running a higher shutter speed.

What lenses you shooting with?

 how come higher? i think i was at 60. canon 18-55mm f 3.5/5.6, 10-22mm f 3.5/4.5, and a 75-200mm. only the 18-55 is mine though. what shutter speed would you recommend?

 It gives a far crisper image when you have a shot where a rider is moving fast through the frame, like if you're tracking them with a pan, and makes everything way sharper. I usually keep mine above 300 and use ISO to compensate with the lowered exposure.
