@conor. It's a fair bit easier for a BMX rider to be good at multiple disciplines. There isn't really any different training you need to do. All you need to do is learn the tricks, then apply them on different surfaces. With Downhill and 4X there are two completely different training regimes which you have to keep to to be at the top of each.

Just what you want to see in a VOD: Exceptional rider, amazing riding, dedication, some amazing trails, an interesting story and a whole lot of biking. Not to mention the fact it shows of frickin versitile 4x bikes are!
