Fastest build ever! Nice ride.

Fastest build ever cuz he didnt adjust the brakes or shifting... Also no hub adjustment or wheel truing... Didnt even tighten the cranks! lol. You may think wheels dont need truing out of the box, but i have yet to see a bike out of the box with perfect wheels. Never the less, giants are sick bikes though!

Alex, this bike was actually perfect out of the box, the only thing that I adjusted in the first 8 days of riding this bike was the seat hight, suspension, and tire pressure. Suspension took about 2 days to get dialed. Shifting, brakes, wheels, all were perfect and even after 8 days of riding and shuttles still worked perfectly. Hard to believe I know but that's the truth of it. I was also constantly putting new tubes in, 6 in 2 days one time, but that was due to thorns not bike issues...

Really? Wow lol. Usually at least the rotors need truing. And the cables didn't stretch either? That's impressive. My shop hasn't carried Giant in a while but i never built a perfect one out of the box lol. That's too bad about all those flats though. I would hate to have to build a whole bike on the floor though lol. But at least it would have been made easier since it was already good out of the box. I really like that bike though (Y).

Yeah the rotors would have been tough because I don't own the tool to remove them. That also means they were in the box attached to the wheels as well. And yes a stand would have been nice, but traveling on a plane with a bike and a cameras that's not an option...

now to take the time to adjust everything to perfectly! all the smallest details matter, bike can be built but all the small details take the longest!!
